歡迎您使用「旅收 App」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。我是獨立開發者，非常重視您的隱私權，並致力於保護您的個人資料。本隱私權政策將說明我如何收集、使用、儲存及保護您的資訊。

1. 我收集的資訊

為了提供並優化服務，我可能會收集以下類型的資訊：

  • 您提供的資訊：
    • 收據圖片：您透過相機拍攝或從相簿匯入的收據圖片。
    • 消費紀錄：您手動輸入或透過 OCR 辨識後確認的消費項目、金額、日期、類別等資訊。
    • 旅程與預算資訊：您建立的旅程名稱、日期、預算金額等。
  • 自動收集的資訊：
    • 裝置資訊：我會在您首次使用 App 時，為您的裝置生成一個匿名的唯一識別碼（userId / deviceToken）。此識別碼不包含任何可用於直接識別您個人身分的資訊（如姓名、Email），僅用於區分不同裝置，以提供雲端同步等核心功能。我也會收集裝置型號、作業系統版本等基本資訊，用於分析與改善 App 效能。
    • 使用狀況資料：關於您如何與本應用程式互動的資訊，例如使用的功能、點擊次數等，以協助我改善使用者體驗。

2. 我如何使用您的資訊

我將收集到的資訊用於以下目的：

  • 提供核心功能：例如，使用您的收據圖片進行光學字元辨識（OCR）以提取消費資料、紀錄與管理您的消費、設定與追蹤預算。
  • 服務改善與個人化：分析使用數據以了解使用者偏好，進而改善 App 的功能與使用者體驗。
  • 客戶支援：在您需要協助時，回應您的問題與請求。
  • 安全與維護：保護本服務、防止詐欺或濫用行為。

3. 匿名統計分享

為了改善服務，本應用程式預設會將去識別化的彙整統計資料上傳至我的伺服器（即「匿名遙測」）。說明如下：

  • 會分享的內容（匿名彙整）：店家類別、付款方式類型、每日彙整消費金額與幣別分佈、免稅消費筆數與金額。
  • 不會分享的內容：店名、品項明細、收據圖片、單筆收據的精確金額與時間、GPS 位置，以及您輸入的任何自由文字（如備註、自訂付款方式名稱）。
  • 用途：提升熱門連鎖店家的辨識與解析準確度、決定雲端辨識後續支援國家的優先順序、優化預設分類與付款方式排序。
  • 您的控制權：此功能預設開啟，您可隨時於「設定 → 匿名統計分享」中關閉。
  • 獨立同意承諾：若未來需將任何資料提供給第三方合作夥伴，我將另行取得您的明確同意（opt-in），不會沿用本設定。

4. 資訊分享與揭露

我承諾不會將您的個人可識別資訊出售、出租或交易給任何第三方。但在以下情況下，我可能會分享您的資訊：

  • AI 辨識服務供應商：離線辨識完全在您的裝置上進行，收據圖片不會離開您的裝置。當您使用雲端辨識功能時，您的收據圖片可能會被傳送至第三方 AI 服務供應商（例如 Google、OpenAI、Anthropic、Apple 等）進行處理。這些供應商有其自身的隱私權政策，且只會為了執行辨識服務而使用您的資料。
  • 法律要求：當我基於誠信相信，為了遵守法律義務、保護我的權利或財產、防止或調查可能的違法行為，或保護使用者或公眾的人身安全，揭露您的資訊是必要且適當的。

5. 資料安全

我採用業界標準的安全措施來保護您的資料，防止未經授權的存取、修改、揭露或銷毀。這包括：

  • 傳輸加密：您的資料在傳輸過程中，皆使用 TLS/SSL 加密。
  • 存取控制：我嚴格限制對使用者資料的存取權限。
  • 匿名化：我使用匿名的裝置識別碼，而非您的真實身分資訊。

6. 資料保留

我只會在達成收集目的所需的期間內保留您的個人資料，除非法律要求或允許我保留更長的時間。您可以隨時透過 App 刪除您的消費紀錄與旅程。

7. 您的權利

您有權存取、更正或刪除您的個人資料。您可以直接在本應用程式中管理大部分的資料。您也可以隨時於「設定 → 匿名統計分享」中停止匿名統計資料的上傳。若您有其他需求，請透過下方的聯絡方式與我聯繫。

8. 兒童隱私

本應用程式並非為未滿 13 歲（或您所在地區規定的同等最低年齡）的兒童設計。我不會故意收集兒童的個人資訊。

Welcome to "Tabi Shu" (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). I am an independent developer. I take your privacy very seriously and am committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information I Collect

To provide and optimize the service, I may collect the following types of information:

  • Information You Provide:
    • Receipt Images: Receipt images you capture with your camera or import from your photo library.
    • Expense Records: Information such as expense items, amounts, dates, and categories that you enter manually or confirm after OCR recognition.
    • Trip and Budget Information: Trip names, dates, budget amounts, etc., that you create.
  • Information Collected Automatically:
    • Device Information: When you first use the app, I generate an anonymous unique identifier (userId / deviceToken) for your device. This identifier does not contain any information that can be used to directly identify you personally (such as name or email) and is used only to distinguish between different devices to provide core features like cloud synchronization. I also collect basic information such as device model and operating system version for analysis and to improve app performance.
    • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with this application, such as features used and clicks, to help me improve the user experience.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide Core Features: For example, using your receipt images for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract expense data, record and manage your expenses, and set and track budgets.
  • Service Improvement and Personalization: Analyzing usage data to understand user preferences and thereby improve the app's features and user experience.
  • Customer Support: Responding to your questions and requests when you need assistance.
  • Security and Maintenance: Protecting the service and preventing fraud or abuse.

3. Anonymous Statistics Sharing

To improve the service, this application uploads de-identified, aggregated statistics to my servers by default (also known as "anonymous telemetry"). In detail:

  • What is shared (anonymized aggregates): store categories, payment method types, daily aggregated spending amounts with currency breakdown, and tax-free purchase counts and amounts.
  • What is never shared: store names, item details, receipt images, exact per-receipt amounts and timestamps, GPS location, and any free text you enter (such as notes or custom payment method names).
  • Purposes: improving recognition and parsing accuracy for popular store chains, prioritizing which countries to support next for cloud recognition, and optimizing the default ordering of categories and payment methods.
  • Your control: this feature is on by default and can be turned off at any time in "Settings → Anonymous Analytics".
  • Separate consent commitment: if I ever need to provide any data to third-party partners in the future, I will ask for your explicit consent (opt-in) separately; this setting will not be reused for that purpose.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

I promise not to sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information to any third party. However, I may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • AI Recognition Service Providers: Offline recognition runs entirely on your device, and your receipt images never leave your device. When you use the cloud recognition feature, your receipt images may be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Apple, etc.) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and will only use your data to perform the recognition service.
  • Legal Requirements: When I believe in good faith that disclosure of your information is necessary and appropriate to comply with a legal obligation, protect my rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

5. Data Security

I employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

  • Encryption in Transit: Your data is encrypted using TLS/SSL during transmission.
  • Access Control: I strictly limit access to user data.
  • Anonymization: I use anonymous device identifiers instead of your real identity information.

6. Data Retention

I will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. You can delete your expense records and trips at any time through the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of your data directly within this application. You can also stop the upload of anonymous statistics at any time in "Settings → Anonymous Analytics". If you have other needs, please contact me using the contact information below.

8. Children's Privacy

This application is not designed for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

「旅収」（以下、「本アプリケーション」）へようこそ。私は個人開発者として、皆様のプライバシーを非常に重視し、個人データの保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、私がお客様の情報をどのように収集、使用、保管、保護するかについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

サービスの提供と最適化のため、以下の種類の情報を収集することがあります。

  • お客様から提供される情報：
    • レシート画像：カメラで撮影またはフォトライブラリからインポートしたレシート画像。
    • 支出記録：手動で入力、またはOCR認識後に確認された支出項目、金額、日付、カテゴリなどの情報。
    • 旅行および予算情報：作成された旅行名、日付、予算額など。
  • 自動的に収集される情報：
    • デバイス情報：アプリを初めて使用する際に、お客様のデバイスに対して匿名のユニークID（userId / deviceToken）を生成します。このIDには、氏名やメールアドレスなど、お客様個人を直接特定できる情報は一切含まれず、クラウド同期などのコア機能を提供するためにデバイスを区別する目的でのみ使用されます。また、アプリのパフォーマンス分析と改善のために、デバイスのモデルやオペレーティングシステムのバージョンなどの基本情報も収集します。
    • 利用状況データ：どの機能が使われたか、何回クリックされたかなど、お客様が本アプリケーションをどのように利用しているかに関する情報。ユーザー体験の向上に役立てます。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  • コア機能の提供：レシート画像を用いた光学文字認識（OCR）による支出データの抽出、支出の記録と管理、予算の設定と追跡など。
  • サービスの改善とパーソナライズ：利用データを分析してユーザーの好みを理解し、アプリの機能やユーザー体験を向上させます。
  • カスタマーサポート：お客様からのお問い合わせやサポート依頼に対応します。
  • セキュリティとメンテナンス：本サービスを保護し、詐欺や不正利用を防止します。

3. 匿名統計の共有

サービス改善のため、本アプリケーションは初期設定で、識別情報を取り除いた集計統計データを私のサーバーにアップロードします（いわゆる「匿名テレメトリー」）。詳細は以下のとおりです。

  • 共有される内容（匿名の集計）：店舗カテゴリ、支払い方法の種類、日次の集計支出額と通貨内訳、免税購入の件数と金額。
  • 共有されない内容：店舗名、商品明細、レシート画像、個々のレシートの正確な金額や日時、GPS位置情報、およびお客様が入力した自由記述（メモやカスタム支払い方法の名称など）。
  • 利用目的：人気チェーン店の認識・解析精度の向上、クラウド認識の対応国拡大の優先順位の決定、デフォルトのカテゴリや支払い方法の並び順の最適化。
  • お客様によるコントロール：この機能は初期設定でオンになっており、「設定 → 匿名分析の共有」からいつでもオフにできます。
  • 個別同意のお約束：将来、第三者であるパートナー企業にデータを提供する必要が生じた場合は、本設定とは別に、お客様の明示的な同意（オプトイン）を改めてお願いします。

4. 情報の共有と開示

私はお客様の個人を特定できる情報を第三者に販売、貸与、交換しないことをお約束します。ただし、以下の場合は情報を共有することがあります。

  • AI認識サービスプロバイダー：オフライン認識はすべてお客様のデバイス上で行われ、レシート画像がデバイスの外部に送信されることはありません。クラウド認識機能をご利用の場合、レシート画像は第三者のAIサービスプロバイダー（例：Google、OpenAI、Anthropic、Apple など）に処理のために送信されることがあります。これらのプロバイダーは独自のプライバシーポリシーを持っており、認識サービスの実行目的でのみお客様のデータを使用します。
  • 法的要件：法的義務の遵守、私の権利や財産の保護、不正行為の防止や調査、またはユーザーや公衆の身体的安全を守るために、情報の開示が必要かつ適切であると誠実に判断した場合。

5. データセキュリティ

私は、不正なアクセス、改ざん、開示、破壊からお客様のデータを保護するため、業界標準のセキュリティ対策を講じています。これには以下が含まれます。

  • 通信の暗号化：データ転送中は、TLS/SSLを使用してデータを暗号化します。
  • アクセス制御：ユーザーデータへのアクセス権を厳格に制限します。
  • 匿名化：お客様の実際の個人情報ではなく、匿名のデバイスIDを使用します。

6. データ保持

私は、収集目的を達成するために必要な期間に限り、お客様の個人データを保持します。ただし、法律によりこれより長い期間の保持が要求または許可されている場合を除きます。支出記録や旅行データは、アプリ内でいつでも削除できます。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリケーションは、13歳未満（またはお住まいの地域で定められた同等の最低年齢）のお子様を対象として設計されていません。私が故意にお子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。

私は本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。重要な変更があった場合は、本アプリケーション内でお知らせします。お客様の情報をどのように保護しているかをご理解いただくため、定期的に本ポリシーをご確認いただくことをお勧めします。
